Everybody loves free shipping! Below are our Free Shipping policies.

$2 SAMPLES FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping to Canada or the United States via regular postal service for all orders containing only tea samples. Maximum of 10 samples per order, 1 sample per tea. As a general rule, a sample contains enough tea leaves to make 2 cups.

REGULAR ORDERS FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping to Canada or the United States via regular postal service for all purchases of $50 or more. Tip: $2 samples are calculated in the total purchase amount. If your order doesn't quite reach $50, you can add a few samples to get free shipping. For example, at checkout you realize your order total $46, meaning your order is not eligible for free shipping. Simply choose two samples of other teas at $2 each and your total order amount is now $50 - you now get free shipping. 

 

We currently ship only in Canada and in the US at the time being. Contact us if you would like to discuss International shipping options as a wholesaler.

If your order is either incorrect or damaged please contact us at theteacompany <at> theteacompany.com.

We do our best to insure that your order is received in perfect condition. However, from time to time, damage occurs in shipping. We try hard to never make mistakes but have not yet perfected that so occasionally errors may happen. No worries! We won’t let you down. Different situations warrant different solutions:

Damaged Goods

Contact us immediately, no longer than 3 days of receipt of the order, so we know that there is a problem and can begin to work on the solution.

You must keep all packing materials, everything. That is the only way credits or replacements can be authorized. This is required by the shipping company.


Returns - Non Consumable Items Only

  1. Contact us immediately, no longer than 3 days of receipt of the order, so that we can begin the return process for you.
  2. Items that have been used, washed, damaged or in anyway altered from their original state are not accepted for return.
  3. The product must be sent back with the original product box, this is the inner box not the shipping box.
  4. Customers are responsible for the return postage and the condition in which the item is in once it gets back to us. Pack items carefully!
  5. Use whatever shipping method you like. Credits or replacements will be issued once the items have reached us.


Returns - Consumables

We are unable to accept any returns on consumable products – tea, tisanes any other item that can be consumed. May we suggest that you take advantage of our samples to try before you buy.

Mistakes

Contact us immediately, no longer than 7 days of receipt of the order and we will replace or rectify the mistake immediately.
